Monitoring Application Complaints of Internet Service Provider Interference Using Waterfall Method (Case Studies: Indihome Pasar Baru Tangerang)

چکیده

The impact of information systems and technology on various industries, including internet services like Indihome, is substantial. However, providing seamless access to Indihome remains a challenge for PT Telkom Akses, particularly at their Pasar Baru Tangerang branch. One the issues faced by staff members when handling complaints from service users lack integration between manual data management system Telegram, which could automate operations streamline process distributing trouble tickets. current tickets also inefficient, relying copying pasting. To address these issues, application was developed using PHP programming language, Codeigniter Framework, MySQL, Waterfall method employed in design process. includes features such as Add Data Datin, Non Close Telegram bots facilitate complaint monitoring ticket distribution.
